national doctrines sources for purpose to determine institutional structure of international society;
methodological foundations of modern legal systems studies;
constitutional law of USA, studies of USA President and Congress international policy authorities;
form and content of Africa’s developing states legal systems;
methodological issues of modern legal systems, which based on a legal regulation of property forms; content of comparative law studies, which based on determination of their functions;
theory and methodology of comparative law studies: Ukrainian comparative law studies and features of development of basic scientific schools.
