Gorbatenko Volodymyr - Deputy Director of Koretsky Institute of state and law of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Centre, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Academician of Ukraine Academy of political sciences, academician of Academy of sciences of high school of Ukraine, Ukraine Law Sciences Academy Yaroslav Mydriy prize laureate, Ukraine State science and techniques prize laureate, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine M.Vasylenko prize laureate. Thesis to obtain the scientific degree of Candidate of Political Science “Local self-government in Ukraine: political analysis of conceptions of the past and the present day” (1995), thesis to obtain Scientific Degree of Doctor of Political Sciences “Modernization of Ukrainian society in context of modern civilization processes” (1999).
State government and local self-government development problems, political modernization, political forecasting, history of political and legal studies, civil education, philosophy of law issues are the spheres of scientific interests.

Kas’yanenko Yurii – researcher (from 1974), bibliographer, provided preparing of centre editions, in particular Juridical encyclopedia; author of 320 articles of Juridical encyclopedia, 72 articles of “The big encyclopedic juridical dictionary”, author of the chapter in monograph “Ukraine innovation development: political and legal aspects”; providing review of national and foreign editions in law field, current legislation of Ukraine, working on encyclopedia of international law.

Kukuruz Oksana - junior researcher, Candidate of Political Science, thesis to obtain the scientific degree of Candidate of Political Science “Political opposition in Ukraine and Republic of Poland in context of democratic transformation: A comparative analysis”, took part in work on “Juridical encyclopedia”, “The big encyclopedic juridical dictionary”, centre monographs. Election technologies, democratization of society, political conflicts and political opposition issues are the spheres of scientific interests.

Sergienko Ganna – researcher, Candidate of Science (Law), thesis to obtain the scientific degree of Candidate of Science (Law) “The role of constitutional and legal regulations in the relations to state and religious organizations for purpose to guarantee freedom of belief in the Ukraine” (2004). Philosophy of law, human rights, functioning of legislator, executive, judicial power bodies, local self-government bodies, activities of political parties, mass media and natural monopolies are the spheres of scientific interests.
